3. Surgical Approach
a. Dorsal Enhancement:
Performed lateral osteotomy to narrow the nasal width
Used a silicone implant to refine the nasal bridge line

Maximally stretched the skin to lower the upturned nose
Elevated the nasal tip to its optimal height
