2. Surgical Plan and Execution
a. Nasal Structure Enhancement:
Utilized septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage for septal extension graft.
Sculpted a straight-line nasal bridge (dorsum) for a more refined profile.
Lowered the columella for a natural columellar show.
Adjusted the nasolabial angle to enhance the balance between the nose and lips.
b. Chin Augmentation:
Implanted a customized chin prosthesis to address the receding chin and improve the facial profile.
c. Detailed Refinements:
Adjusted the height of the glabella (mid-forehead) to harmonize with the patient’s pronounced brow bone.
Corrected asymmetry and rounded shape of the nostrils for a more balanced look.
Focused on improving frontal symmetry while maintaining natural contours.
