This case was particularly challenging because the patient desired a completely implant-free approach, while still achieving noticeable refinement. By using only autologous rib cartilage, we were able to:
✔ Maintain a natural nasal bridge height
✔ Create a seamless dorsal contour
✔ Sculpt a more elegant nasal tip through cartilage repositioning
Additionally, we corrected nostril asymmetry caused by previous alar base reduction surgery, leading to a more harmonious and balanced final result.
