This case centered around reshaping a small, bulbous, and upturned nose into a more striking and elevated profile, while working within the patient's anatomical constraints. Given her thick and inelastic nasal skin, we approached the surgery with precise, careful adjustments, using autologous rib cartilage to both extend the septum and enhance projection safely.

The outcome achieved the patient’s desire for a high, chic, and structured nose while preserving a natural look that complements her overall facial features. Nasolabial angle correction further refined the profile by softening the impression of mouth protrusion, delivering not just cosmetic enhancement but overall facial harmony.
