Year 2019: Foreign body removal + tipplasty using ear cartilage and septal cartilage.
Present: Nasal congestion symptoms.
Surgical Plan
We came up with the following surgical plan based on the patient's complex condition:
Removing the illegally injected foreign bodies (illegal injections) as much as possible.
Nose tip cartilage relocation.
Septal extension graft using autologous rib cartilage.
Septal deviation correction.
Turbinate submucosal resection surgery using a high-frequency laser (to improve nasal congestion)

Overview
This case is a successful correction of a serious nose deformity caused by illegal procedures. It was a complex surgery that safely removed foreign bodies that had been in place for 10 years, while simultaneously improving the function and shape of the nose.
Of particular note is the importance of foreign body removal. Since it is impossible to completely distinguish between illegal fillers and normal tissue, some damage to normal tissue is inevitable. In this process, there may also exist the risk of skin necrosis due to vascular damage.
